• OTP Verification: Phone number verification via OTP is required for account activation

All payments made through the application are processed securely through Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited), a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. By using our payment services, you agree to the following terms:

• Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets
• Transaction Fees: Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before transaction completion
• Payment Authorization: You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for purchases
• Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable regulations
• Failed Transactions: Failed transactions will be automatically reversed within 5-7 business days
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR)

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the gold and silver rates and market information found on this application for any particular purpose.

You acknowledge that such information may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. Gold rates are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered as investment advice.

6. Jewelry and Product Information

Due to screen defaults and photography techniques, jewelry items may appear larger or smaller than they actually are. All jewelry items are subject to availability and actual prices may vary based on current gold rates and market conditions.

• Customization: Custom jewelry orders are subject to separate terms and timelines

Participation in savings schemes and gold purchase plans is subject to separate terms and conditions provided by Bhima Gold & Diamonds. Please review all scheme details, including terms, conditions, and fees, before enrollment.

• Payment Schedule: Regular payments are required as per scheme terms
• Maturity Benefits: Benefits are subject to scheme completion and market conditions
• Early Withdrawal: May be subject to penalties and reduced benefits
• Regulatory Compliance: All schemes comply with RBI and other regulatory guidelines

8. Intellectual Property Rights

This application contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, graphics, and content. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
